How The Process Works
A clear end-to-end journey from your first consultation to your admission letter and relocation support.
Step 1
Speak directly with Sarah in Bulgaria. She will give you a clear, honest breakdown of your process, timeline, and the best package for your situation. EUR 50 for 30 minutes - fully deducted from your package if you proceed.
Step 2
Your personal student portal and designated email are created immediately. You upload your documents. We review everything for errors before a single step is taken.
Step 3
Your documents go through full legalisation in your home country - Ministry of Education, Foreign Affairs, and the Bulgarian Embassy. Our authorised HCD partners handle it all. You track every sub-stage live on your portal.
Step 4
In Bulgaria, Sarah manages certified translation, NACID recognition (BSc), and your full university application. Every update is uploaded to your portal the same day.
Step 5
Your admission letter arrives. If you are on the visa or relocation package, we take you all the way through to arrival. You just pack your bags.
