These Terms govern your use of newlandpathway.com, the student portal and all services offered by Newland Pathway. By using the website, booking a consultation or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our services
Newland Pathway is an education and relocation consultancy. We provide:
- Consultations and results verification.
- University admission support for undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (Masters) programmes in Bulgaria and Europe.
- Student visa preparation and embassy appointment support.
- Work-permit and employment relocation support, through licensed recruitment partners in Bulgaria.
- Arrival support: immigration guidance, accommodation guidance, school enrolment and airport pickup coordination.
The exact services, fees and timelines for your case are set out in your package and your signed service agreement. If the service agreement and these Terms conflict, the service agreement applies.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Admission decisions are made by universities. Visa, residence and work-permit decisions are made by embassies, employers and government authorities. We give expert guidance and prepare strong applications, but we cannot guarantee admission, a visa, a work permit or a job. We are not a university, embassy or government body.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us true, complete and genuine documents and information.
- Tell us promptly about any change (results, passport, contact details, criminal record).
- Meet deadlines we give you for documents and payments.
- Attend embassy interviews and follow the laws of Bulgaria and any country you travel to.
If you give false or forged documents, we will stop work immediately, no refund will be made, and we may report it to the relevant authority.
4. Fees and payment
- Consultation: EUR 50 for a 30-minute session. It is deducted from your service fee if you continue with us.
- Packages: as shown on our Pricing page at the time you sign up (Guidance Only, Full Admission, Admission + Visa, Admission + Arrival Support).
- Work-permit services: as set out in your work-permit service agreement.
- Instalments: you pay 65% to start processing, and the remaining 35% once your admission letter is delivered (or, for work-permit clients, once your visa is granted).
- Fees do not include university tuition, application fees charged by universities, embassy visa fees, flights, accommodation, insurance, translation or legalisation, unless your package says so.
- Payments are made only to accounts named in your invoice. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account not listed on our official invoice.
5. Refunds
- The EUR 50 consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- If you cancel before we begin processing your documents, any refund of the first instalment is handled as set out in your signed service agreement, less bank charges.
- Once we have started processing or submitted applications, the first instalment is non-refundable because the work has been done.
- If a university refuses admission after we have applied to all agreed universities, re-application options or any refund terms are as set out in your service agreement.
- Visa or work-permit refusals by an embassy or authority are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund of fees for work already completed.
- Fees paid to third parties (universities, embassies, couriers) are refundable only if the third party refunds them.
Request a refund in writing to newlandpathway@gmail.com. We respond within 14 working days.
6. Student portal accounts
Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or shared.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website - text, logo, images, videos, templates, guides and the Commencement Kit design - belongs to Newland Pathway or is used with permission. You may not copy, resell or republish it without our written consent.
8. Website use
You must not use the website to break the law, upload harmful code, attempt to access other users' data, or copy content automatically. Information on the site (fees, tuition from EUR 1,500, intake numbers, university lists) is general guidance and may change; your service agreement confirms what applies to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made by universities, embassies, employers or authorities; delays caused by third parties; changes in immigration law; or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question.
10. Third-party links and partners
We link to WhatsApp, social media, YouTube and our Canva course finder. We are not responsible for their content or services. Partner universities, recruitment agencies and employers are independent of Newland Pathway.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy, contact us first at newlandpathway@gmail.com; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days. If not resolved, the parties will try mediation in Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version on the website at the time you sign up applies to your service.
